Dean, originally from Philadelphia, PA, began working in the restaurant industry at the young age of 11 – washing dishes alongside his best friend at his friend’s dad’s bar. Since then, he has held nearly every position in the business. In addition to his experience in hospitality, Dean is a New York State certified social studies teacher and currently works in the Orchard Park Central School District. His passion for teaching and guiding others, combined with his love of history and great food, is what fuels his work with The Roaming Table.
