Chris was born and raised in Western New York. He opened the Roaming Table in 2013. When he is not managing the business, Chris is a full time teacher in Orchard Park, New York. He is the consummate foodie who credits his mother as an influence to appreciate quality food at a very young age. The Roaming Table allows people of all ages to share in Chris’ passions….great food and even better people!

Born and raised in Lewiston, Rita enjoys nothing more than sharing her hometown with tour guests. Rita, now retired after 31 years at NU, spends her time with grandkids, volunteering and traveling.

Giovanna grew up in Western New York and is a local actor and a big food and drink lover. After she got her degree at SUNY Fredonia, she spent three months in Italy working with families, teaching English and learning how to make fresh fettuccine. She’s also a theatre and dance instructor and a dress salesperson! In her downtime, she’s either at the gym, traveling, or watching movies.
